AWARENESS TOWARDS COPYRIGHT ISSUE AMONG UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify how University of UiTM Puncak Perdana students aware about copyright issue. Copyright infringement was broadly happened without peoples notice about the happened. This paper to investigate how much the knowledge level about copyright among University students. Because according to the research result, this paper may proposes a copyright program as the best program to educate students about the existence of copyright infringement among them and the protection of copyright can give to them in their future production. The process of analyzing the copyright also included.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation the Web 2.0 technology in education. Whether it in primary school, secondary school or high education. It will focus on the usage of web 2.0 technologies, how it will use and when or where teachers can implement these. Plus we also will produce the effectiveness of web 2.0 in educational field. Others than that we recognize what is the factors for used the web 2.0 in educational field. The subject area will mainly focus on the result of implementation the web 2.0 technologies in education whether it is for student, teachers or lecturer and etc.

THE EFFECT SOCIAL MEDIA TOWARDS STUDENTS ASSESSMENTS IN UNIVERSITY TEKNOLOGI MARA PUNCAK PERDANA (UiTM)

Abstract

The aims of this case study was to examine how social media effects towards students assessments. Which is every day many student spending their time in social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Blog and etc. At the first perception it may seem like a waste time but it also helps students to develop important knowledge and social skills. In other way this research provide how social media influences student retention at colleges. In other issue how student used social media as medium to search additional information that used as new form as interaction and collaboration with other students have to know how to use social media in academic course to promote their student learning and be active participants in the collaborative learning community. Many parents are worried that their college students are spending too much time on social media.  This part will explain the background or research, purpose study, limitation of research and summary about the topic. The finding of this research hopefully will create awareness among college students who accessing social media sites. The findings also will help student to used social media sites appropriately.

The aim of this research is to identify the electronic resources has an effect on the student’s assessment, especially for the learning and teaching process. This paper proposes electronic resources as supporting material in the student studies in order to help them to locate and acquire their desired information on and off-campus. This paper also discusses the current revolutionary of Information technology (IT) phenomenon, which required the library institution to prepare the variety of electronic resources for their user.
